Out of Season Short Break Discounts
These are available for up to four nights at a discount of 20% on the weekly rate. Welcome packs are not included for short breaks.
Conditions
Priory Cottage is available from 4pm on the Friday of arrival and you are requested to leave by 10am on the Friday of departure.
No responsibility can be accepted for damage to persons or property or for material losses. You are advised to arrange adequate insurance cover.
Cancellations must be made in writing and whilst every effort will be made to re-let in such an event, it is a condition of booking that the whole rent will be payable if a re-let cannot be arranged.
On your departure please leave the cottage clean and tidy. Cleaning materials are provided.
Dogs
Most dogs are welcome by arrangement but we do not accept Rottweilers, Dobermans, Alsatians, Pit/Bull Terriers, XL Bully Dogs or crossbreeds of that ilk. Neither do we accept puppies.
We do ask that dogs are kept on a lead at all times around the house and courtyard at Tregoning and please do not allow them on the furniture/bedding or leave them unattended in the cottage.
There is a charge of £20 per dog.
